Other prominent pharmaceutical companies in Germany with global presence are B. Braun, EuroPharma, BioNTech, Berlin Chemie, Stada Arzneimittel, Vetter Pharma, Medac, Merz Pharma.
Major pharmaceutical companies in Germany’s pharma market by revenue are Boehringer Ingelheim AG & Co KG, Bayer Pharma AG, Merck KGaA, Novartis Deutschland GmbH, and Roche Deutschland Holding GmbH.
Pharmaceutical Associations in Germany
The German Medicines Manufacturers Association (BAH) has over 400 members, mostly pharmaceutical companies in Germany that employ over 800,000 workforce. Other associations are BPI – German Pharmaceutical Industry Association, and VfA – Association of Research based Pharmaceutical Companies.
