This is the list of all registered pharmaceutical companies in Nepal (Department of Drug Administration, DDA). There are about 103 drug manufacturing pharmaceutical companies in Nepal, but only 66 has manufacturing, operational and marketing licenses. 33 are still in the process of getting licenses, while 4 are not operational.
The raw materials for production are sourced from India, China, and to a smaller extent from Australia, Thailand, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, and Bangladesh.
