Getz Pharma is the largest branded generic pharmaceutical company in Pakistan, with a worldwide presence.

There are many traditional medicine (Unani) and herbal formulations pharmaceutical companies in Pakistan. The Pakistan Tibbi Pharmaceutical manufacturers Association (PTPMA) is an association of some of the laboratories.
